INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTION

  • In a small bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Set aside for 5-10 minutes, or until the yeast has dissolved and the mixture is foamy.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Add the yeast mixture and oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a towel. Set aside in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
