Ingredients

  • Muri or Murmura (Puffed rice) - One Bowl
  • Mixture or Bombay mix - 1/4 Cup
  • Finely Chopped Cucumber - 1/4 Cup
  • Finely Chopped Onion - 1/4 Cup
  • Finely Chopped Tomato - 1/4 Cup
  • Chopped Green Coriander - 2 Tablespoon
  • Chopped green Chilli - 1 Teaspoon ( Add more if you can handle 😉 )
  • Mustard oil - Few drops
  • Lemon or Lime Juice - Few drops
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Indian Pickle residue -1/2 Teaspoon

Optional Ingredients

  • Chopped Coconut - 1 Tablespoon
  • Fried Peanuts - 1 Tablespoon
  • Fried Cashews - 1 Tablespoon

Steps

  • In a big bowl, add everything except the Muri or Puffed Rice.
  • Before Serving add Muri to the Mix and toss well.
  • Serve soon before the Muri or Puffed Rice becomes soggy.
